Organisational Development

Our organisational development service, in the form of fieldtrips, complements the training outlined. Individual processes are designed to meet the specific needs of each group or organisation requesting assistance.

Re-visiting the original vision and discussing any changes. PLANNING: Breaking the vision down into an action plan with priority areas as well as a budget.
